Fork and Swoon: Chai Tea Cupcakes →

I made these yummy cupcakes for Patty’s birthday and used the Dots and Stripes Cupcake Papers and Flags Set from our shop to make them so festive!
Chai Tea Cupcakes
Makes 12
Cupcakes:
1 C whole milk (eventually divide)
2 bag black tea
1 C all purpose flour
1 C cake flour
1 1/2…

If it helps any, I think the Oregon chai mix is too sweet and the best chai I've ever had is at one of the Whole Foods here in my city at their cafe. Hope that helps a tad. Thanks!
